Our frustration with our imperfections stem from our inherent perfection, and not from our suposed sinful nature. Our body and mind continually fluctuate and will continue to do so as long as we have a body and mind. But we are not our body or our mind. Our frustration is not with our “self” but with what is blocking us. We are frustrated when we do not behave with dignity. So behave with dignity. This is sadhana. This is tapasya.
